This program is designed for those ladies who are newer to the gym, who want to build lean muscle and lose body fat, and learn the basics of lifting weight. This program will consist of 4 days of weight training, optional cardio circuits, and workouts will last about an hour. You will receive nutrition and mindset coaching to help you toward your sustainable weight loss or strenth goals. This program will leave you feeling strong, confident, and feminine! The Maranda Method: Intermediate/Advanced Gym Program

This program is designed for those ladies who have experience lifting weights, who want to build lean muscle, and take their physique to the next level. This program will consist of 5 days of weight training, optional cardio circuits, and workouts will last 1-1.5 hours.
